United Group Breaks Ground on Terracotta Terrace

United Group has broke ground on Terracotta Terrace, a 152-unit luxury, market-rate, 55+, Active Adult community to be built in the Winter Park area within the Orlando MSA. This transaction represents United Group's 6th 55+ Active Adult community in Florida, which is in addition to the 10,000+ market rate multi-family units that United Group has developed and/or acquired in Florida.

WKMG: "CASSELBERRY, Fla. – City leaders and business officials broke ground Wednesday on a new 55-plus community they say will bring more housing options to Casselberry. The project, called Terracotta Terrace, is planned for 1398 S.R. 436 and is expected to include 152 units for active adults.

According to the developer, the five-story community will include amenities such as a pool, fitness center, theater, dog park and outdoor gathering spaces."
