City Station North II, LLC, United Group's recently opened mixed-use, Class A development consisting of multi-family apartments (The Six at City Station) and Class A Office Space (The Station) over garage parking was featured in the Albany Business Review. Albany Business Review: "When the United Group of Cos. was planning its new headquarters in downtown Troy, a lot of thought was put into creating spaces where employees could easily collaborate, have impromptu conversations and feel comfortable at work.
Among the features: 12-foot ceilings, plenty of windows, numerous huddle rooms, an enclosed patio with tables and chairs, a hospitality lounge to eat, meet and socialize, and a rooftop terrace.
The 60 employees of the commercial real estate development company are spread across the third and fourth floors of the four-story building at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Congress Street."
