The Sovana at Stuart Team (Julie Bohl, Stephanie Irwin, Paula Kiley, Anthony Iarocci, Jordan Cardoza, & David Wallace): Sending one big shoutout to the Sovana team. They did an incredible job opening their new community! Residents are happy and enjoying the SUN Program & the Sovana Lifestyle!
Ed Burkley, Maintenance, Orchards at Market Plaza: Ed is a shining example of how much we care for our residents here at Market Plaza! Ed goes the extra mile for our residents—for example, he was recently seen carrying a resident’s hot coffee up to their apartment for them! Unfortunately, the resident later experienced a fall in their apartment and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Ed went out to the ambulance, wished the resident well, and told them he’d see them when they got home. It was a touching moment that made a big difference. Kudos to Ed!
Samiya Steers, Leasing Consultant, The Outlook Gwinnett: Samiya is a creative, collaborative, and engaging leasing consultant. Her desire to grow and learn new things every day is inspirational. Samiya is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; she takes the time to go above and beyond to truly engage with current and prospective residents. Samiya brings a positive attitude to work every day and will quickly rise to the top. Fun facts about Samiya: she is a major animal lover, and she loves to experiment with cooking unique (and delicious) meals!
Stephanie Proper, Accounts Payable Supervisor, Corporate: Shoutout to Stephanie Proper, who helps the Finance team in so many ways. She is always ready, willing, and able to produce statements and handle mailings for investors, on top of doing much more. Need those K-1’s sent out to investors? Stephanie gets them out too! Thanks Stephanie! She’s busy with many other things outside of the Finance department, but she always finds time for us!
Samantha Marchesin, Property Manager, The Wallkill Living Center: Sam has helped out at both recent Florida property openings: The Sovana at Stuart & The Residences at Monterra Commons. Sam sees what needs to be done and gets to work helping, bringing a great, positive energy. She’s always willing to assist and to share her United Group knowledge and industry expertise.
Tommy Uccellini, Corporate: Tommy has done a momentous job of networking with investors who help make our development projects come to fruition. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to get to know people; he spends time with them as if they were his own family and garners their respect and trust. He is caring, diligent, and does it all while having the time of his life! United would not be where it is today without Tommy!
Jeff Arnold, Chief Operations Officer, Corporate: Jeff has accomplished great things for United and UPPM. He oversees the management of not only our own properties but has also bolstered our ever-growing third-party management portfolio. He juggles many properties and the awesome people who work in management to make sure our properties perform. He and his team have made United a company that’s nationally known for its excellence!
