UGOC Spotlight: AJ Sainato Promoted to Property Manager at College Suites at Washington Square

Please join us in congratulating AJ Sainato on his promotion to Property Manager at College Suites at Washington Square. AJ was previously the Assistant Property Manager at Schaffer Heights and will now tackle the student sector in his new role.

"I am ecstatic for AJ to begin this journey with Student Housing and continue his growth with United," Chris Wiltey said. "With AJ's experience and eagerness to learn and develop, he will continue the success for the College Suites and United entirely."

AJ has been with United Group since April of 2021 and has proven himself as a valuable asset to the United Group team. In his new role, he will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the student property.
