Erin VanDeusen Promoted to Director of Operations

A round of applause for Erin VanDeusen who was recently promoted to United Group’s Director of Operations!  Erin has been taking on additional tasks and responsibilities within property management and has grown the role immeasurably since it was created.

Erin’s journey began at United Group eight years ago as Office Manager. After working in roles such as Field Marketing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Operations Manager, Erin has developed great knowledge and an amazing understanding of what it means to be a leader at United Group.

Erin has been with United Group since 2015 and is an incredible asset to our organization with her in-depth knowledge of not only the management department, but the entire company. Erin has been at the head of the Managers’ Retreat Committee for the past few years and continues to show each and every one of us how dedication and hard work pay off. Erin never hesitates to pitch in when needed and has jumped in to assist those who just need another set of hands – no matter what the ask. Erin is a true collaborator and is gifted with natural abilities to work well with others, lead by example, and demonstrates a consistent no nonsense approach to resolve problems and be solution oriented.     

We are proud of Erin for all she has accomplished in her career with United Group and couldn’t be more thrilled to have her in a leading role as we enter this new and exciting chapter for our organization. We look forward to more development and growth at United Group for many years to come.
