UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates February 2026 Promotions

At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are shining the spotlight on two United Group employees who achieved professional milestones in February. That includes Camden Schlederer, Assistant Property Manager at College Suites at City Station, and Caitlin Murray, Operations and Compliance Manager at the Corporate office.

Camden joined the United Group team in February of 2024 as an Accounting Intern at the Corporate office before transitioning to Marketing Intern in September of the same year. In this new role as Assistant Property Manager, she will be responsible for handling daily on-site tasks including leasing, rent collection, upholding resident relations, and maintenance coordination.

“Transitioning from Marketing Intern at Corporate to Assistant Property Manager at City Station reflects my commitment to growing within the organization. I’m proud to move from supporting properties behind the scenes to leading and serving residents directly on-site,” Camden said.

Caitlin Murray, has been with United Group since August of 2021. Since joining the UGOC team, she has worked as Office Manager, Marketing Specialist, and most recently, Operations Manager. In her new role as Operations and Compliance Manager, Caitlin will be organizing and ensuring compliance with company-wide trainings as well as ensuring that our teams are compliant with laws, policies, procedures, and best practices.

“I am thrilled to take on a role that allows me to enhance compliance initiatives and serve as a stronger asset to our site teams,” Caitlin said.
