UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates January 2024 Promotions

Here at United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! So today we are shining a spotlight on all United Group employees who received a promotion in the month of January! Those include Madison Rivenburg, Brandy Pete, and Roger Maynard.

Madison Rivenburg has been with the United Group team since May of 2022. She joined the team as a Leasing and Activities Coordinator for Deerfield Place and has earned a promotion to Assistant Property Manager! "Madison has been a great asset to our team and I look forward to seeing her excel in this role," Erika Champlin, Property Manager at Deerfield Place, said. 

Brandy Pete, Porter at our Buffalo, NY area properties, has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager for Asher Crossing, Crescendo Lofts, and The Dorian. Brandy will work alongside Property Manager Jennifer Delerme in her new role. Brandy began her career with United Group in November 2021 at Parkstead Gouverneur as Assistant Property Manager and then relocated to The Orchard at Market Plaza as a Lifestyle Coordinator. With a desire to move back to Upstate New York, Brandy relocated to the Buffalo area. "Brandy has been a breath of fresh air with her spirited and driven personality. She is a go-getter, always willing to do anything, and has already been flourishing as our APM! I can’t wait to see her develop and climb the ladder at UGOC," Jen Delerme said.

Roger Maynard, Community Assistant at College Suites at Washington Square, has earned the promotion to Assistant Property Manager. Roger began his career at United Group in December of 2020. He came to the area as a student-athlete for the basketball program and is still attending SUNY Schenectady full-time as he advances his education and development. Roger will work alongside AJ Sainato who was recently promoted to Property Manager at the student site. "In a short amount of time, Roger has demonstrated that his character and work ethic fit like a keystone within the team at College Suites at Washington Square. He is truly an asset to the success at CSWS and excited to watch him grow and excel in his new role as APM," AJ Sainato said.
