UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates July 2024 Promotions

At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! So today, we are shining a spotlight on all United Group employees who received a promotion in July. This month, that includes Caitlin Murray, Management Operations Manager at Corporate, and Raelyn Ireland, Maintenance Supervisor at College Suites at Hudson Valley!

Caitlin was previously welcomed to United Group as the Office Manager in 2021, then transferred to the marketing department as a Marketing Specialist and will now transition into operations for this new opportunity.

“Caitlin has proven herself a success during her time with United Group. She has earned this next step in her career, and I am excited to continue to watch her excel within our organization," Michael DiGiacomo, Chief Operating Officer at United Group said. 

Raelyn joined the College Suites at Hudson Valley team just over a year ago in 2023 as a Maintenance Technician. She quickly proved her dedication and diligent attitude, which lead her to earn the promotion to Maintenance Supervisor.

"Within a year of being our Maintenance Tech Raelyn absorbed the job like a sponge and as predicted, excelled tremendously. When Raelyn informed me that she was interested in the Maintenance Supervisor position, I didn’t even give it a second thought," Englehart, Property Manager at College Suites at Hudson Valley said. "Saying I’m proud of Raelyn would be an understatement, I am beyond thrilled about her accomplishments and couldn’t be happier to have her as our Maintenance Supervisor!"
