UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates November 2025 Promotions

At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are shining the spotlight on two United Group employees who received promotions in November. That includes Richard Johnson, Maintenance Supervisor at The Sovana at Stuart, as well as Andrew Ferren, Maintenance Supervisor at our newest project, Terracotta Terrace.  

Richard Johnson, formerly a Maintenance Technician at The Sovana, was recently promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at the same property. Andrew Ferren started his time at United Group as a Maintenance Technician, worked his way up the ladder to Senior Maintenance Technician, and is now a Maintenance Supervisor at one of our newest project sites, Terracotta Terrace.  

“New title, same dedication. It’s been a journey of learning and growth, and I’m excited to take on the role of Maintenance Supervisor,” said Andrew. 

“I am very grateful for this opportunity with this wonderful team here at Sovana at Stuart. I am ready to dive in headfirst as Maintenance Supervisor and hopefully bring an added benefit to the community and team,” said Richard.
