UGOC Spotlight: United Group Celebrates September 2025 Promotions

At United Group, we take pride in celebrating and recognizing the achievements of our exceptional team members! Today, we are shining the spotlight on two United Group employees who received promotions in September. That includes Charles Brown, Area Manager of the College Suites Student Properties, Scenic Hudson, Fox Run at Fulton, Fulton Landing, and The Legion, as well as Cevrine Joseph, Assistant Property Manager at Arcadia Gardens!

Charles Brown, formerly the Senior Property Manager of Fox Run at Fulton, Fulton Landing, and The Legion, was recently promoted to Area Manager of the College Suites Student Properties, Scenic Hudson, Fox Run at Fulton, Fulton Landing, and The Legion. Cevrine Joseph, who was welcomed to United Group as the Concierge at Arcadia Gardens, has recently earned a promotion to Assistant Property Manager at the site!

"Being a resource is what I do best. Excited to be in the role," said Charles.

“I’m excited to share that I was recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager. The transition has been a great experience so far. I’m enjoying the new responsibilities, gaining valuable knowledge, and looking forward to continuing to grow within this role,” said Cevrine.
