Albany Business Review: "Apex at Crossgates, a 222-unit luxury apartment complex, is among more than $160 million in construction projects that are completed, underway or in the municipal approval/construction pipeline near the Albany region's biggest mall. The investments are part of a yearslong effort by Pyramid Management Group, the Syracuse-based owner of Crossgates, to redevelop and diversify the land surrounding the 1.7 million-square-foot shopping center in the town of Guilderland. Apex at Crossgates, for instance, is being built by the United Group of Cos. on nearly 20 acres west of the mall that the North Greenbush-based developer bought in 2022."
