Ashley Wysocarski and Beatriz Beecher Promoted

Here at United, we take pride in recognizing and celebrating the achievements of our exceptional team members. Today, we shine a spotlight on two team members who have demonstrated continued dedication and excellence throughout their careers: Ashley Wysocarski and Beatriz Beecher. Both Ashley and Beatriz have recently received well-deserved promotions, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share their inspiring UGOC journeys. And be on the lookout each month for similar announcements! We will now be sharing UGOC promotions on our blog on a monthly basis, re: UNITED.

Ashley Wysocarski, a valued member of our corporate team, has shown unmatched passion and commitment for her co-workers and site team members since joining us on February 23, 2015. She began as a Field Marketing Manager, where she quickly made her mark and continued to demonstrate her expertise and dedication to the world of Field Marketing.

Therefore, we are delighted to announce that Ashley has been promoted to Director of Field Marketing! This remarkable achievement showcases her tremendous growth within UGOC and her dedication to driving our marketing efforts to new heights. No matter the event or situation, Ashley continues to be there for her co-workers and team members (even before the sun comes up 😉) so we are thrilled for this next step.

Beatriz (Bea) Beecher, known for her exceptional dedication as the Property Manager at The Gables/The Hamilton at Lakeside, has a career spanning nearly two decades with UGOC, beginning on November 1, 2004. Bea has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence, as well as cultivating an atmosphere of success, teamwork, and fun for her co-workers and residents.

Therefore, we are ecstatic to share that Bea has recently been promoted to Senior Property Manager! Bea’s journey beginning as the Assistant Property Manager of The Gables at Lakeside exemplifies our commitment to recognizing and rewarding the outstanding commitment and performance of our team members. Her promotion to SPM is a testament to her dedication and the value she brings to our organization.

A relatively new designation, the Senior Property Manager position differs from that of a Property Manager by meeting two out of three criteria in the following areas:

  • Manages multiple physical locations.
  • Manages multiple/separate product types – Senior, Student, Multi-family, Commercial.
  • Manages a Unit Count of 250+ (or 450+ beds)
  • OR manages 600+ units (900+ beds) of a single asset.

Congratulations, Ashley, and Bea, on your well-deserved promotions. Your commitment to your respective teams is so clear and we are lucky to have you as a part of the UGOC team. We can't wait to see where your journey with us takes you next!
