UGOC Spotlight: Erin VanDeusen promoted to Vice President of Operational Strategy

Please join us in congratulating Erin VanDeusen for her promotion to Vice President of Operational Strategy!

Erin has been an integral part of the United Group team since joining the company in June of 2015. Throughout her time here she has worked in various positions including Office Manager, Field Marketing and Sales Manager,  Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, Director of Operations.

In her new role as Vice President of Operational Strategy, Erin will be responsible for strengthening operational excellence for UPPM while driving smarter systems, technology efficiencies, and a consistent, high-quality experience across the organization.

“I’m excited to step into my new role as VP of Operational Strategy, where I’ll be leading initiatives across compliance (reporting, laws, and regulations), best practices and process development, training and onboarding programs, and our lifestyle/hospitality customer service brand," Erin said.
